The Finisher Boardroom.
An executive team takes The Finisher Profile privately. Dr. Mogire reads the team’s aggregate covenant pattern live and names which strategic commitments the team is unconsciously not finishing. Ninety minutes. No slides. No flip-charts. A diagnostic, then a conversation.
Why this exists
Every African board has the same private problem: a strategic plan with fourteen initiatives and the muscle-memory to finish two. The pattern is not strategic. It is formative. Unfinished commitments belong to the people who held them, not to the document that named them.
The Boardroom is the only setting that reads that pattern at the level of the team rather than the individual. The instrument is the same Finisher Profile a million adults can take at home. The difference is the reader, the room, and the question being asked: which of our commitments is this team built to leave unfinished?
The ninety minutes
All executives have taken the Profile individually in the 72 hours prior. Dr. Mogire opens with the team’s aggregate covenant pattern: which covenant is loudest across the team, which is quietest, which is fractured. Clinical, not theatrical.
The aggregate maps onto the team’s real strategic commitments. Dr. Mogire names which initiatives the pattern is likeliest to leave unfinished, and why. This is the moment that justifies the fee.
Three diagnostic questions to the room. No advice yet. The team begins to see itself.
Facilitated discussion among the executives. Dr. Mogire shapes; the team speaks. Closed-door, no recording, no LinkedIn post. The conversation belongs to the team.
A short closing reading from Dr. Mogire. Within seven days, the team receives a written Boardroom Note. a one-page private read of what was named and what to watch.
Engagement modes
Three modes, each priced to read as boardroom-fluent rather than coach-fluent. All figures in US dollars. Pan-African delivery from any of the seventeen House of Mastery offices.
6 to 15 executives. Profiles taken privately in the 72 hours prior. Live aggregate reading by Dr. Mogire. Written Boardroom Note within seven days.
Everything in Standard, plus a 30-day follow-up reading with the same team and one private session with a named executive of the team’s choosing.
For boards convening across regions, holding companies with multiple operating teams, or organisations running the Boardroom as a 90-day finishing program. Bespoke quote.
All engagements include the individual Profiles, the live reading, and the written Boardroom Note. Travel is at cost. Conversations are confidential by default; nothing is recorded.
The Founding Cohort
Through 2026 and 2027, ten African organisations will be invited to join the inaugural Founding Cohort of The Finisher Boardroom. The cohort receives the full Premium engagement at no fee, in exchange for the right to name the organisation publicly as a founding partner, on-site photography, a brief filmed reflection by the CEO or chairperson, and a written testimonial. The session itself remains confidential; the partnership is public.
One organisation per quarter. Selected by Dr. Mogire personally, by invitation and by application. Founding partners are listed on this page, on every keynote stage, and inside every future edition of The African Executive Finishing Index.
Founding Cohort places remaining: announced quarterly. Express interest via the inquiry below.
The rooms it is read in
The Boardroom has been written for the rooms where the cost of unfinished commitments is highest.
- Boards of directors
- C-suite executive committees
- Holding-company operating boards
- Family-office leadership
- Bank, telco, and conglomerate ExCos
- Founder leadership teams
- Public-sector cabinet teams
- University and hospital executives
The Boardroom does not motivate. It does not coach. It reads the pattern the room is already in, and names the commitments that pattern will quietly cost.
Request the Boardroom Protocol
Inquiries are read personally by Dr. Mogire’s office. Identify the organisation, the team that would take the Profile, the size of the room, and the preferred city. A brief note is enough; the conversation begins from there.
