Founding Cohort Partnership Agreement.

Working draft, openly published. This is the operative partnership agreement between House of Mastery and each of the ten organisations of the inaugural Founding Cohort. It is published openly. here, on the site. so partners can review the terms before any conversation begins. Final execution copy will be issued on House of Mastery letterhead, signed by Dr. Mogire and the partner organisation’s authorised signatory, and may include minor edits agreed bilaterally. Independent legal counsel is recommended for both parties.

This agreement governs the inclusion of an organisation (the “Founding Partner”) in the inaugural cohort of The Finisher Boardroom™, the closed-door diagnostic for executive teams designed by Dr. Job Mogire, MD, FACC, FACP and delivered by House of Mastery™ (the “Provider”).


§ 1The engagement

The Provider will deliver to the Founding Partner the Premium engagement of The Finisher Boardroom as published at /the-finisher-boardroom, comprising:

Standalone value of the engagement
US $30,000 · delivered at no fee

The Founding Partner pays nothing to the Provider for the engagement itself. The Founding Partner reimburses only out-of-pocket travel costs at actuals, supported by receipts, capped at US $4,000 per session unless agreed in writing.


§ 2The four deliverables from the Founding Partner

In exchange for the engagement, the Founding Partner consents in advance to the following four deliverables. Each is non-negotiable for inclusion in the Founding Cohort.

I
On-site photography.

A professional photographer engaged by the Provider attends the first fifteen minutes of the session, before any confidential dialogue begins. Subjects include Dr. Mogire, the executive team, the convening room, and any visible co-branding. The Founding Partner grants the Provider pre-approved, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide usage rights on the resulting images for use on the Provider’s website, LinkedIn and other social channels, press placements, the eventual published edition of The Finishing Index™, and Provider marketing collateral.

II
A 90-second filmed reflection.

Within 30 days of the live session, the Founding Partner’s CEO or Chairperson records on camera a reflection of approximately 90 seconds, structured from three prompts: I asked Dr. Mogire to read our team because… what we saw was… what we will do differently is… The Provider supplies a videographer or detailed self-record instructions at the Founding Partner’s preference. The Founding Partner grants the Provider perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide usage rights on the reflection.

A written testimonial.

Within 30 days of the live session, the Founding Partner provides a written testimonial of 60 to 200 words, signed by name and title of a Founding Partner principal (CEO, Chairperson, or equivalent), suitable for verbatim publication on the Provider’s website, in the Provider’s materials, and in the eventual published edition of The Finishing Index™.

Right to name publicly.

The Founding Partner grants the Provider the perpetual right to name the Founding Partner publicly as a Founding Cohort partner of The Finisher Boardroom, in any of the Provider’s public materials. The Provider may display the Founding Partner’s registered name and logo for this purpose, subject to § 4 (Confidentiality).


§ 3Co-branding & usage

3.1Provider usage

The Provider may use the Founding Partner’s name and logo, the photography, the filmed reflection, and the written testimonial in all of the following channels, perpetually and without further consent: the Provider’s websites and subdomains; the Provider’s LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and other social channels; press placements and earned media; the published editions of The Finishing Index™; speaker materials and keynote stages; printed Provider collateral; and other Provider marketing channels.

3.2Founding Partner usage

The Founding Partner may, reciprocally and perpetually, refer to itself as a Founding Cohort Partner of The Finisher Boardroom™ in its own communications, and may use the Provider’s “Founding Cohort Partner” mark and associated visual elements on its website, in its annual report, and in its corporate communications, subject to the Provider’s brand guidelines.

3.3Quality control

Each party may, within fourteen days of the live session, request a one-time review of the first published photograph and the first published video clip for accuracy and dignity. Subsequent publications proceed without further review.


§ 4Confidentiality of the room

The contents of the live session, including the team’s individual Profile readings, the aggregate covenant pattern, the team’s discussion, and the written Boardroom Note, are confidential to the Founding Partner. The Provider will not disclose, publish, or quote any of the foregoing in identifiable form without the Founding Partner’s prior written consent.

For the avoidance of doubt: the fact of the partnership is public (per § 2.IV). The content of the session is private. The Provider may publish only what the Founding Partner itself has placed into the public record. namely the photography, the filmed reflection, and the written testimonial.

The Provider may include the Founding Partner’s anonymised, aggregated, non-identifying data in The Finishing Index™ and in academic or commercial research, without further consent, provided no individual Profile, no individual quote, and no Founding-Partner-identifying covenant pattern is reported.


§ 5Selection & rhythm

The inaugural Founding Cohort comprises ten African organisations selected personally by Dr. Mogire across calendar years 2026 and 2027. Selection criteria include organisational seriousness, the convening team’s capacity to engage with the diagnostic, geographic balance across the Provider’s pan-African footprint, and sectoral diversity. Selection is at the Provider’s sole discretion. No application creates an obligation to admit.

The Provider will admit no more than one Founding Partner per calendar quarter, and no more than ten Founding Partners in total. After the tenth admission, the Founding Cohort closes; subsequent engagements proceed at the published Standard, Premium, or Bespoke fee.


§ 6Scheduling, travel & cancellation


§ 7Intellectual property

The Finisher Profile™, The Finisher Boardroom™, The Unfinished Boardroom™, The Finishing Index™, KOORA™, The Unfinished Life™, the Provider’s instruments, frameworks, written materials, and methods remain the sole property of the Provider. No license, transfer, or franchise is granted by this agreement other than the limited co-branding use described in § 3.2.


§ 8Non-medical scope

The Finisher Boardroom is a developmental diagnostic instrument. It is not a medical service, not a psychiatric service, not psychological counselling, and not professional medical advice. Although the instrument is designed by a board-certified cardiologist, no doctor-patient relationship is formed between Dr. Mogire and any participant by virtue of participation in the session.


§ 9Data & privacy

Individual Profile responses are stored on the Provider’s assessment infrastructure under the privacy terms published at /privacy. Aggregate, non-identifying data may be used as set out in § 4. The Provider does not sell individual data to third parties.


§ 10Governing law & dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute by direct correspondence between Dr. Mogire and the Founding Partner’s authorised signatory. Failing resolution within 30 days, the parties submit any remaining dispute to single-arbitrator arbitration under the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration rules, seated in Nairobi.


§ 11Term & survival

The active term of this agreement extends from execution through completion of the 30-Day Return. The following survive the active term in perpetuity: § 3 (Co-branding & usage), § 4 (Confidentiality of the room), § 7 (Intellectual property), and the four deliverables of § 2.
