The Founding Cohort

2026 – 2027 · By invitation and by application
Ten African organisations. One quarter at a time.

Through 2026 and 2027, ten African organisations will join the inaugural Founding Cohort of The Finisher Boardroom. The cohort receives the full Premium engagement at no fee, in exchange for the right to name the organisation publicly as a founding partner, on-site photography, a brief filmed reflection by the CEO or chairperson, and a written testimonial. The session itself remains confidential; the partnership is public.

Founding partners are listed on this page, inside every keynote, and inside every future edition of The Finishing Index.

Pan-African delivery

The corporate vertical is delivered from the seventeen House of Mastery offices across the continent. Nairobi, Lagos, Abuja, Johannesburg, Kampala, Accra, Kigali, Dar es Salaam, Lusaka, Addis Ababa, Windhoek, Harare, Lilongwe, Gaborone, Douala, Yaoundé, Luanda, Kinshasa. and in person at the partner’s own city when that city is not yet on the list.

Travel is at cost. Conversations are confidential by default; nothing is recorded.
